The Neighborhood Crime Prevention Patrol is made up of citizens of Kansas City, Kansas who work with Law Enforcement to improve the community they live in. Both have one common goal in mind, reduction of crime and a cleaner neighborhood environment.  The citizens look for suspicious activity and alert police.
